Hi, my name is Katie Crawford, and I'm the founder of "You & Improved". I'm a NWA resident, transplanted from Louisiana as of 2001. I'm a happily married Christian mother of one. My career stems from a B.A. degree in Business from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, along with 10 years of financial services experience. Currently, I am a stay at home mom and working as founder "You and Improved".

For years I've dressed my friends and family for special events, in addition to creating wardrobes for them from existing clothing and accessories. I've also been the make up "artist" for many of those same friends and family for special events. I was inspired by these experiences to start "You & Improved". The unanimous response I hear from everyone who I tell about this service is "that is the perfect job for you". I agree! There's nothing I love more than helping others reveal their inner confidence through the outlets of fashion and beauty. To work with each client is unique and rewarding in so many different ways.
